Lazy Bee Scripts - When Will I Get My Script?
 
Delivery Overview
     Delivery depends on
  • Which version of the script you order (electronic delivery is faster than conventional mail!)
  • How you pay - we act when we receive your payment (so on-line payment is faster)
 
If you order "Master Scripts for Copying"...
  "Master Scripts for Copying" are made available to you as soon as we have received your payment.
If you pay on-line by card, then the scripts are available at the end of the on-line payment process.

Note that the Master Scripts are downloads (in PDF and MS Word formats)
  • Lazy Bee Scripts does not send anything to you (except a confirmation e-mail)
  • You need to download the scripts from the downloads page
    (From the Main Menu (left hand side of the Lazy Bee Scripts home page) pick
    "Returning Customers", then click on 
    "Download a script which you have previously ordered")
If you order paper copies ("Review Copy" or "Performance Set of Scripts")...
  Our terms and conditions say that we will dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving
your payment. 
(In practice, we normally dispatch orders the working day after we receive the payment.)

We use "first class post" in the UK.
We use airmail for all deliveries outside the UK. 
Airmail deliveries do not have a guaranteed delivery time, but the "norms" quoted by the Royal Mail
seem to be fairly accurate:
  • Airmail to Europe: expected 3 working days
  • Airmail to the US, CA, AU, NZ and the rest of the world: expected 5 working days
If you order "Downloadable Merchandise"...
This applies to MP3 files, Murder Mystery Scenarios, Pantomime fun packs, etc.

These are made available to you as soon as we have received your payment.
If you pay on-line by card, then the scripts are available at the end of the on-line payment process.

If you order "Postal Merchandise"...
This applies to CDs, to greetings cards and the like.
