But with Satan gone, Hell begins to collapse, and it's not long before Azaeus has to go to Heaven to beg a favour from the Almighty...

However the Mayor's popularity among the celebrating townsfolk takes a downturn when he refuses to pay the stranger and the town's children go the way of the rats. Is there another plan? Apparently not.
