What's does Lazy Bee Scripts provide?
Lazy Bee Scripts supplies a pack of material for the performing company including:-

Note that Lazy Bee Scripts does not provide a script for the dialogue. Because the actors are interacting with the audience, it is not possible to stick to a fixed script, instead the actors improvise dialogue based on the "narrative arc."
 

What's a Murder Mystery Event?

  • The scenario is run as if the audience has been brought together for a special occasion
  • In this case
    • The event is a dinner for a school reunion, organised via the internet site "Mates Meet Again"
    • The "audience" has the role of the people invited to the reunion - mainly ex-pupils of ther school and their companions
    • As the actors progress with the toasts, speeches and surprises, the plot develops until one of the characters is found murdered...
 
What's in this Scenario?
The time and place is the local school reunion for the pupils from the early 1990's. Several of the students have been in contact through the "Mates Meet Again" website and have got in touch with favourite teacher Fennella Brodie. She has arranged a get together.

In addition to Fennella, special guests to this event include:
Major Dickie Bennett: One of the School Governors.
Cyndy Sparkle, Sasha Denton-Wilde and Emilia Campbell-Black: past students of the school.
The evening goes downhill rapidly when the event is interrupted by two late arrivals:
Deirdre Blackburn: The evil, vindictive and hated school headmistress. Nicknamed 'the Dragon', she has found out about the event and has decided to make an appearance too.
Carrie Sidekick: School secretary and Deirdre's lackey.

Many people have not seen each other for many years, but old tensions come to the surface in a reunion which ends in violent arguments which eventually lead to two murders.

Lazy Bee Scripts scripts charges two fees:-

    • Containing master files (in .doc and .pdf formats) of all the essential materials
    • Can be used multiple times by your acting company (but you must pay the performance fee for each performance)
  • A fee of £20 for each performance of the scenario (regardless of the "audience" size)
