| Synopsis |
Vasily guards one of the gates into the sealed off Chernobyl Nuclear Power station. Pavel is a Priest sent to tend to the small flock who still live in the shadow of Chernobyl, while Petlova is a prostitute who ministers to Vasily's physical needs. A great commentary on religion, on attitudes to life, on the after-effects of disasters.... many, many things. |
