Style British Pantomime. Strong characters - dynamic hero, hissable villain, camp genie, henpecked emperor, etc. Packed with jokes, wordplay and sight gags.
Synopsis Mayhem in China as the wicked Abanaza wields the magic lamp with its great and powerful genie, and captures the Emperor's daughter. Aladdin comes to the rescue, with the aid of Widow Twankey and the camp Genie of the Ring.

There is a lot of flexibility available in the casting: it would be possible, for example, to play Aladdin as a pantomime principal boy (played by F) and Widow Twankey as a Dame (played by M).

Help is at hand! A family posse of wannabe heroes are here to foil Abanazer's evil scheme! The innocent local lad, Aladdin, his brother, the cheeky Wishee Washee and their fearsome mother, washerwoman Widow Twankey are ready to intervene and save the day! Throw in a magic carpet, a mystical Slave of the Ring, the Emperor of China, a beautiful princess and a couple of inept police officers and you have all the ingredients for a fantastic tale and great entertainment.

Synopsis Sultan Abanaza, wicked but bored, finds a magic ring which leads him on a quest for an even more valuable magic lamp. He needs the help of Aladdin, a Peking washerwoman's son and would-be suitor of the beautiful princess. Mayhem and magic ensue!

There's mayhem in Wishee Washee's factory, mayhem in Widow Twankey's laundry and mayhem in the streets of China as Aladdin pursues his love for the Emperor's daughter, So-Shi.

Synopsis Aladdin has seen the princess - but that's forbidden and the palace police are after him (fortunately in the form of Woo and Choo, a pair who make Clouseau look competent). Meanwhile, Abanaza has designs on a certain lamp - and he needs Aladdin's help. That leaves Widow Twankey's laundry understaffed - until she enlists the Emperor!
