This is not the result of a systematic customer survey process - so the comments are biased: they are what people wanted to tell us!
We have included both positive and negative comments, but we have tended to exclude comments which were not relevant to the script or to the Lazy Bee Scripts service, for example "Jonny gave a great performance" or "Helen forgot her lines" are excluded because they are always true, and they are not going to help a future producer of the script!
