Shows Affected by Covid-19
If you have purchased performance licences for a show (a play or a murder mystery) from Lazy Bee Scripts, and your theatre is shut down because of the Covid-19 pandemic, then this is what you need to know.
 
Postponement
If your show has been postponed, please drop us an e-mail (telling us the group name and the show title and, if you can find it, the invoice/order number from the performance rights order).  If you know the date of the rescheduled performance, please tell us that.  Otherwise, we will update our records to a holding date, and when you know the revised date, tell us and we will update our records to the correct date.
 
Cancellation
Our preference, of course, is that you don't cancel - not least because if everyone cancelled their shows and we issued refunds we would have difficulty paying our staff.  So, if you might be able to stage the show at a later date, please take the postponement route.
On the other hand, we don't want our customers to go out of business, so if you know that you'll never be able to stage the show (for example because you already have a complete schedule of shows going forward) then tell us (again, the group name and the show title and, if you can find it, the invoice/order number from the performance rights order) and we will refund the performance licence fee.
