What's the Mystery Here?
A pre-Christmas party for Josette's French evening class and Shirley's English and citizenship group becomes hazardous when the lights go out on the entrance steps. The fifteen ladies of the class arrive and seem safe, and Stan the caretaker is repairing the fault. Everyone makes an entrance – except Max.
What has befallen Max, and why? The others need to determine the answer to this mystery by careful questioning.
