What's an Interactive Murder Mystery?
  • A combination of drama from an acting company and detective work from the audience (or party guests)

    • The acting company play a police inspector and six members of the WI who give witness statements.
    • The script takes the form of the witness statements, so these could be read rather than delivered from memory
    • The audience must solve the mystery from the witness statements plus three written clues
    • The denouement is delivered by the detective interspersed with reprises of the witness statements
  • This Mystery Needs
    • An 'acting company' of 7 people, including at least 6 women
    • No specific set or furniture
  • Estimated run times (which may vary enormously!)
    • Scripted elements: 35 minutes
