The Legend of Santa Claus by Olivia Arieti

SynopsisA charming and thought-provoking dramatisation of the origins of the worldwide legend of Santa Claus. 'Tis the night before Christmas and two young girls, Betty and Ruth, are excitedly finalising preparations for the big day as their daddy tells the story of Santa Claus with a reading of Clement Moore's poem. The tale is magically brought to life as first St Nicholas and then Santa Claus arrive to tell their stories, with the help of two of Santa's elves.

A Letter to Santa by Sue Gordon

Little Donkey by Dominique Vaughan

There is even the prospect of a comedy double act as the chickens get into their stride.

Mrs Santa Claus's Tea Party by Olivia Arieti

SynopsisThe traditional nativity story takes an inventive comic turn, with lazy shepherds, an unlikely group of visitors with Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh, and a bit of confusion over what to call the baby... but all the elements of the traditional story come together in the end. After all, this is how it really happened... well, more or less.
