Rhyming Pinocchio by Richard Coleman
RolesMinimum Male roles = 3. Minimum Female roles = 4. Minimum total with doubling = 11. Minimum total without doubling = 13. No chorus. The narrator is Gepetto's talking cat.

StyleA simple, humorous rendition of the story of Pinocchio in rhyme, minimal set requirements. Not quite a full-blown pantomime, but in the same comedic area.
SynopsisGeppetto makes Pinocchio, whom the Blue Fairy brings alive, however, as part of the spell, if Pinocchio tells lies, his nose will grow! Pinocchio is tricked into joining Stromboli's puppet show. Stromboli plans a show for the Duke which will make him rich, he tries to get Pinocchio to flatter the Duke's court, with disastrous results for the puppet's nose. Pinocchio is trapped, but who will rescue him?

Rhyming Red Riding Hood by Stuart Ardern

Rhyming Snow White by Richard Coleman

SynopsisOn the run from the wicked queen, Snow White becomes housekeeper to a bunch of diminutive miners. The queen finds her and poisons her, but Snow White is saved by a handsome prince. The sort of thing that could happen to anyone.

Robin Hood and his Band of Merry Persons by Peter Nuttall

Robin Hood and the King's Gold by Philippa Smith

Robinson Crusoe - The Truth by James Barry

SynopsisRobinson Crusoe takes a job on a ship, not realising that the captain is a wicked pirate, seeking treasure. Inevitably, they are shipwrecked, but just when Robinson thinks he's alone on a desert island, his mother and sweetheart come to the rescue.

SCInderella by tlc Creative

It is assumed that this will be played as a pantomime, with the dame (in this case the ugly sisters) played by a male (doubling as both sisters) and the principal boy (Prince Charming) will be played by a female.
