It is gradually revealed that, in the past, her cottage was the scene of an unsolved murder in which she may have been involved and that intriguingly Suzan bears an uncanny resemblance to the victim. This gives the play the germ of a Gothic feel and sets the scene for an exciting, at times gripping and ultimately heart-warming tale. |
