The councillors organise a meeting to allow people to present their proposals for the use of the money, then hold a secret ballot. Unfortunately for the nursery extension, the sports hall and the new church organ, there is an outbreak of tactical voting and the proposal to host the world Scrabble championships wins by a landslide. But never mind all that - the important questions are: can Will ever pluck up enough courage to ask Persephone to marry him? and how will his school play turn out?

A sinister play with a twist that will fool your audience right to the end - one of the characters is a ghost and cannot be seen or heard by any of the others. He appears to be speaking to them, when in fact he is not.
