Merely Players by Damian Trasler

Starting with a bare stage, under the guise of tidying the theatre's store of props and costumes, the characters accidentally build the set of a drawing-room murder mystery, and Phyllis's daydream of being the Lady of the Manor suddenly comes to life as a period drama, until the spell is broken, leaving Phyllis with new insights into her life.

Murder at the Theatre by Emma Bevan

Murdering the Mikado by Nigel Holloway

StyleFull length comedy play in a single set. Despite the panto content, this is a play aimed at an adult cast and audience. The characters are interesting, the situation is novel, the dialogue is snappy and fun, and the conclusion is satisfying.
SynopsisA novel twist on the theme of putting on a play. Bernadette's spirit must haunt the school where she was Headmistress until they put on a performance worthy to be a tribute to the village's war dead. Now she only has ex-pupil Tiffany the janitor to help her pull together the perfect panto.

SynopsisThe Off-the-Wall Theatre Company have problems. Money problems - there isn't any. Even worse than that, they owe money to the bank and their old friend the bank manager, who was waiving all bank charges, has just retired. Desperate fundraising measures are called for, and the usual questions are asked such as 'do they have to be legal?' Being thespians, they take their ideas from various sources of entertainment, including 'The Producers' and 'The Full Monty', but will they succeed? Find out, when the Off-the-Wall Theatre Company go Ripping Off Angels!
