Now, as we all know, damsels in distress inevitably attract heroic rescuers. Cue would-be knight Sir Lancelot. What Lancelot lacks in knightly skills he makes up for in enthusiasm. Unfortunately he cannot overcome Mordred and even the returning Arthur needs to turn to the mystic legends of Avalon in order to reclaim Camelot and his Guinevere. |

At least that is the conclusion of Margolin the Wizard and Oksana the Witch, both of whom have hit rock bottom, career-wise. Demand for their spell-casting talents is currently non-existent. They must return to their old school, their old teacher and, most importantly, the energy source that is the Sacred Crystal of Galloran. Easier said than done as they discover that the Sacred Crystal has been transported across a great ocean and only Oksana's less than reliable broomstick is available to help them to catch up with it. |

Help is at hand in the form of the Good Fairy who recognises Mrs Goose's selfless qualities and rewards her with the gift of Priscilla, a goose who lays golden eggs. To all intents and purposes Mrs Goose is now happy. Not so, says the Demon King, long-time adversary of the Good Fairy. He intends to show that nobody is ever really content with their lot.
