Babes in the Wood [Short Version] by Geoff Bamber

SynopsisWhen prosperous businessman Edwin Merryweather is mysteriously lost at sea together with his wife, Constance, their two children, Lizzie and Tizzy, are placed in the care of their Aunt Lydia and her new husband, Lemuel Viper.
Viper has his sights set on the Merryweather fortune but he cannot get his hands on that while Lizzie and Tizzy are alive. He hatches a plot to have the girls done to death in Spooky Wood but the ineptitude of the hired killers, the interference of a posse of belligerent elves and the appearance a rather sinister old lady ensure that his plans do not run smoothly.

SynopsisThe evil Sheriff plots with his hapless assistants Gilbert and Dilbert to get rid of his late brother's children Lilly and Billy so that he can rob them of their vast inheritance. He is thwarted by hero Robin who is assisted by his true love Marian and the children's nanny Dame Norah. King Richard returns to restore Robin's estate to him and all live happily ever after - except the nasty Sheriff!

Be Careful What You Wish For by Jon Boustead
