Jane Eyre - A One Act, Musical Farce by Gerald P. Murphy

Kalifa's Amazing Adventures by Nikki Harmon

The lead character is a young elephant and various others are animals. These are supposed to be indicated by costumes props or masks, rather than being entirely realistic! Kids in Lurve by Bill Siviter

SynopsisBianca is sweet and pretty. All the lads fancy her. But standing in the way, there's Bianca's acid-tongued sister, Kate, and who can tame Kate?
Well, since there aren't many lads called Petruchio these days, the modern-day volunteer is Shane.
The course of true love never did run smooth (but that's another story).

The Lambton Worm by Timothy Hallett and Nicholas Richards
RolesMinimum Male roles = 3. Minimum Female roles = 1. Minimum total with doubling = 5. Minimum total without doubling = 19. Chorus. Very flexible casting. There is one narrator role, but this could be shared out. Equally, the chorus could be 'all the actors'.

MusicA 40-page musical score is included with the Producer's Copy of the script.
StyleShort musical retelling of an English folk tale. (The music plays throughout, even though some of the narration is spoken rather than sung.) No real set requirements, but the ideal performance would put some effort into creating a fearsome worm!
SynopsisThe tale of the wild worm of Wearside and its grisly end.
It should be emphasised that 'worm' is used in its old sense of 'serpent' - so this is a story of knights fighting dragons.

There are two consistent characters throughout (plus an offstage voice). The rest are brought on for each 'lesson' so the 'Englishman' could be played by a different character in each scene (and need not be male).

Laughter Lines by Frank Gibbons
