Waterspout Hero by Raymond Blakesley

In the USA, 'Incey Wincey Spider' is known as 'Itsy Bitsy Spider'. Somebody may know the reason for this linguistic divergence, but we certainly don't. The choruses (flowers and raindrops) are optional.

SynopsisThe Incey Wincey Spider is about to attempt climbing the waterspout, and his scheming wife Minki Minki has tricked a fly into helping him - if only by being a snack! Only Big Drip and the Raindrops stand in Incey's way. Meanwhile, the weeds and flowers argue and the sun has a few questions for a knowledgeable bookworm. It's amazing what you learn living on a compost heap.

Watt's Cooking by Raymond Blakesley

SynopsisRecalcitrant child Edna's nature is transformed - when she is sent away to live with mean old pie maker Mrs Watts, who grants Edna's wish to have her name changed to Goldilox. She is successful in persuading the Bear family to enjoy fruit and vegetables rather than meat, but the sting in the tail hints of a grisly end for Mrs Watts.

Westerfield at War by Marcus Grollman

What's Up, Icarus? by Geoff Bamber

StyleComic rendition of an Ancient Greek myth as a one-act play for kids. Several locations, but no set requirements.
SynopsisKing Minos of Crete is a man ahead of his time, seeing his island as a successful holiday destination. The resident monster, the terrifying half-man, half bull Minotaur and a labyrinth to keep it in are key elements in his plan. [So a major tour to see the Minotaur? No? Suit yourselves...] Brilliant designer Daedalus, assisted by his son Icarus, is enlisted to construct the labyrinth but when Daedalus finds that King Minos is inclined to imprison him too, he realises that his next design must be for a means of escape. Icarus is less than enthusiastic about the method chosen. Perhaps he sees a Greek tragedy on the cards.

The Willow Tree by Geoff Bamber

SynopsisWhen Renshu the merchant finds himself seriously in debt to the fierce Island Traders, he decides to marry off his daughter Mingmei to the entirely disagreeable but extremely rich landowner Zhongwen. But Mingmei is in love with Chang, her father’s humble accountant. Mingmei and Chang flee to a remote island but soon Zhongwen, Renshu and the Island Traders are heading for the same island. Can Renshu's inventive servant, Ping, and the sorceress Li Hua give the course of true love a fighting chance?

SynopsisWilma Tell and her brother Johann travel to the prosperous Swiss town of Altdorf to make their fortunes. Unfortunately their arrival coincides with that of the forces of an expanding Austrian Empire, represented by the cruel Governor Gessler. Wilma, more by accident than design, soon finds the whole town depending on her to resist Gessler's attentions.

You Can't Be Serious! by Nicholas Richards

Very flexible cast numbers (the upper limit is the entire population of Syracuse). Two presenters appear throughout, the rest of the characters appear in individual episodes and are therefore open to doubling if needed.
