After Toad escapes, Badger, Mole and the Water Rat set about recapturing Toad Hall.

Richard harbours an ambition to become King. Unfortunately his older brothers and his own nephews stand in his way. For a resourceful fellow with no principles this does not present a problem. Dark deeds inevitably ensue. Temporary success is achieved but a happy ending for the story of one of history's favourite villains (*) seems increasingly unlikely.
