SynopsisFather Benedict has blotted his copybook in the past and his only hope for a job is Bishop Langley whose plan to appoint him as parish priest at St. Thomas' is motivated by money. Housekeeper Mrs Humbley is about to be made redundant for the same earthly considerations. Sister Mary Joan throws a spanner in the works and when the press get involved things get really complex for the Bishop.

SynopsisOliver is a successful department store owner who is disenchanted with his marriage (his check book tells him so) and he's looking for an outlet for his affections. His roving eye falls upon Isabella, a newly arrived immigrant who - unknown to him - is the former girlfriend of his store manager - that same store manager who Oliver is trying to marry-off to his wife's sister. All the ingredients of a classic farce, played out in 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, escape artist Harry Hugweenie resists the advances of his spirited assistant as he waits on a promised message from the other side.
