A fanciful scheme to pay off the debts fails and the Fitzwarrens fall into the clutches of the Rats. As Dick desperately tries to think of a solution, the situation is rescued by Cat, returning from an interesting excursion to foreign parts and now armed with special powers, those of the mystic phenomenon known as the Tsobaki! |
