SynopsisAspiring actress Pandora is resting at the moment (a permanent state for her), and has volunteered to run front of house in a small theatre where she encounters Barbara, the regular front of house manager. The show is ‘At Home with Charlotte’, a ghastly historically inaccurate portrayal of Charlotte Bronte. No-one turns up so the lack of audience gives the women plenty of time to explore their likes and prejudices.

SynopsisKenny and Vern are an eccentric couple in their 60s who get more than they bargained for when they set out to make new friends by inviting complete strangers to join a play reading group in their parlour. The couple are visited late at night by a mysterious Mrs. Percival and asked to recall details of an absurd and rather eventful first rehearsal. Complete with cheesecake, vicar and taxidermied cat!

SynopsisA Broadway hopeful is waiting nervously outside her latest audition. A rival gains her trust but proceeds to destroy her confidence, apparently for no better reason than her own amusement. Just as our girl is about to give it all up, however, a man arrives and is considerate and kind. He restores her confidence and points out her advantages over the more poisonous girl. Together they point out the girl's deficiencies to her and win the moral victory over her.

Their script is about five members of a drama group, who meet to plan their next production - a meeting which ends in madness and murder. Can the cast bring life to the script or does, as it seems, the script have a life of its own?
