Crime Wave by Bill Tordoff

Characters are a mix of adults and children, assumed to be all played by children. Only a few of the characters are fixed, so lines could be reassigned amongst a different-sized cast.

SynopsisThe story so far... Originally a small farmer, Noah has built up his business over the years into a large Food Products company. Since then he and his family have run the business on their own and grown rich while the locals have been out of work... Then God intervenes...

SynopsisThe ark has sprung a few leaks and Noah and his family have been bailing out water. Noah’s wife tells Noah to ask God to stop the floods. They soon discover that they need to make an appointment to speak to God, which isn’t as easy as they first thought.

Looks Like Rain by Gill Medway

SynopsisNoah's family are shocked when the weather forecaster announces the imminent arrival of something called 'rain'. A visit from the Archangel Michael clears things up for Noah, but leaves him with the task of building an Ark - and convincing the animals to come onboard.

Noah, Yes Noah! by Richard Cowling

Very flexible cast, with solo roles and (potentially) a very large chorus, described as the people of earth and dancing pairs of animals. (There is even a non-speaking cameo for God.)

MusicThe producer's copy comes with a piano and vocal score for the 19 songs and instrumentals. (There is a conductors score and band parts as an optional extra.)
StyleLively, expressive, epic musical with some light humour. Designed to not rely heavily on props or set.
SynopsisNoah receives a message from God that the earth will be washed away. With his wife, his three sons and their respective wives, all of them ignoring the sneers of the ignorant townsfolk, he begins crafting an ark to bear them and the animals of the world to safety.

SynopsisNoah seems very well organised. He's built the boat thing, all the animals are more or less in alphabetical order, and he's got a list. All that's missing are those infuriating unicorns. Fortunately, his wife has the good sense to grasp the concept of myth and legend.
