Whatever Melanie does she just can't find a man. Her past outlandish schemes, including a rugby club, have failed to assist her in her quest. When Matthew starts work in the same office he seems to be the answer to her dreams and she decides that the best way to impress him is to agree to his suggestion of a charity parachute jump. Expecting to land in his arms she is disappointed to find he has brought along his drop dead gorgeous girlfriend! She decides that this is the final straw and vows to give up her hunt but another prospect comes along in the form of Martin from packaging, who's another one with an interesting hobby...
