Synopsis:
A farmer and his family find their peaceful lives disturbed by representatives of various government ministries keen on making improvements to what is regarded as a rural backwater. Common sense flies out of the window as official policy documents are followed slavishly to provide the farmer with a fine, new and entirely unnecessary bridge. |
