Synopsis:
One afternoon in the 1960s, two giants of British comedy met briefly, when Tony Hancock visited Stan Laurel at his home in Santa Monica. Hancock was a very successful radio and TV star of the 1950s and 60s whilst Laurel’s slapstick movies with Oliver Hardy were top box office in the 1920s-40s. This is a play suggesting events which may have taken place during their unpublicised encounter.
