Synopsis:
Ben and Jerry are the pantomime horse Nobbo. During the play's interval, amidst the mayhem of a missing dame, the two disagree on the future of their act. Their once-bright future has been reduced to what is to all appearances a failure. Ben wants out and has the golden opportunity of a legacy from his aunt. Jerry perversely cannot bring himself to quit and it becomes apparent that he closely identifies with Nobbo.
