Synopsis:
When the low-born Helena cures the King's illness, she chooses as her reward marriage to Bertram, Count of Rousillon. Bertram, unimpressed by this, goes to war to avoid his new wife. Helena concocts a plan to win him over.
A comedy in the Shakespearean sense of a story with a happy ending. In modern terms, more of a drama.
