Lazy Bee Scripts Lockdown Video Display Terms and Conditions
1. What we provide
License for a theatre company (or equivalent) to video a performance of a script made without an audience present at the recording. (Videos of a stage performance made with an audience present are covered by separate terms and conditions, however, these terms will also be applicable if the audience is restricted as the result of any external regulations imposed during a medical epidemic or zombie apocalypse.)
(Video is used here to mean any means of capturing and displaying motion pictures, but excluding Live Streaming.)
Permission to adapt the script to fit within the constraints of video. This excludes any right to changes in plot, names, character, speeches or title unless permission has been obtained through Lazy Bee Scripts before the video has been made.
Permission To display the video on the Internet, either in a Public location (where the video can be seen by anyone) or in a Private location (where access is limited and controlled).

2. Video Exhibition
In this context, a performance is any use of a stage script from Lazy Bee Scripts in a video.
These terms only apply to shows licensed by Lazy Bee Scripts.
The customer shall be wholly responsible for all exhibition of the video.
At the time of application for the licence, the customer shall specify whether the video is for Public or Private exhibition. The customer shall ensure that Private exhibition remains Private.

3. Credit Shall be Given To the Authors
The title of the script and the name(s) of the author(s) and the text 'By arrangement with Lazy Bee Scripts' must be included as a text display in the video.
The name(s) of the author(s) must be displayed on all forms of advertising and promotional material, including, but not limited to posters, programmes, hand bills and Internet promotion.

4. Refunds
Videos cancelled before the video is made qualify for refunds of the video license fees. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Lazy Bee Scripts before taking any other action. (For example, it is easier and cheaper for us to process a refund than if you cancel a transaction with your credit card company.) See our Contact page for contact details.
