Synopsis:
Hamlin is over-run with rats, too many for the Councillors Hans and Nees to deal with so the Council decide to respond to an advert in the local paper for a Piper who claims to be able to rid anywhere of four-legged pests. Unfortunately the Mayor can't afford to pay, so the Piper runs off with the Mayor's daughter Greta and the village children. Will Ralf and the other villagers be able to rescue Greta and the children from the Piper before it's too late?
