Synopsis:
Impresario Larry Delpiero, a man of highly dubious reputation, accuses self-important playwright Edmund Parnell-Blake of plagiarism, threatening not only the writer's reputation but also his bank balance and general well-being. Karen Maxwell, Edmund's feisty PA,and Mrs Pond, his surprisingly gifted housekeeper, forget their own differences with their employer and rally round in an attempt to save his career. The arrival of fan and aspiring playwright Oliver Capron does nothing to ease Edmund's tension. |
