Synopsis:
Sir John Hapless, a recently appointed Junior Minister, is struggling to justify his worth to a government who may shut his department down. When a bomb attack hits the Houses of Parliament, Sir John is mistaken for the Home Secretary and locked in a secure bunker with his staff. Will they be lost down there forever, or turn this situation into an opportunity?
