In hot pursuit are Charles' enemy Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of All England and his Roundhead army Charles takes cover at the Royal Oak Inn but Cromwell and his men are upon him in short order. Is Charles doomed or can salvation be found in the Royal Oak's larder? |
